Please note that by using the olilo.ai platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Usage of the platform: The olilo.ai platform is provided for informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
  2. User responsibilities: Users are responsible for their own actions and content while using the platform. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Intellectual property: All intellectual property rights related to the olilo.ai platform, including but not limited to software, content, and trademarks, are owned by olilo.ai or its licensors. Users may not use or reproduce any of the platform's intellectual property without prior written permission.
  4. Privacy and data protection: olilo.ai respects the privacy of its users. Personal information provided by users will be handled in accordance with the olilo.ai Privacy Policy.
  5. Limitation of liability: olilo.ai is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the platform. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
  6. Modification of terms: olilo.ai reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
  7. Input and Output. You may provide input to be processed by Olilo AI (“Input”), and receive output generated and returned by Olilo AI based on the Input (“Output”). When you use Olilo AI, Input and Output are your Customer Data. You are solely responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of your Customer Data. You will ensure that your Input and use of Olilo AI and Output will not (i) violate any applicable law; (ii) violate these Olilo AI Terms, the Agreement or our Content and Use Policy; or (iii) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any of our rights or the rights of any third party. You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning and the technology powering Olilo AI features, Output may not be unique and Olilo AI may generate the same or similar output to Olilo or a third party.
  8. Olilo AI Feature Use Restrictions. You may not use Olilo AI or Output (i) to develop foundation models or other large scale models that compete with Olilo or Olilo AI; (ii) to mislead any person that Output from the Services was solely human generated; (iii) to generate spam or content for dissemination in electoral campaigns, or (iv) in a manner that violates any technical documentation, usage guidelines, or parameters.
  9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. Olilo DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF Olilo AI OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY OTHER INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH Olilo AI. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF ANY Olilo AI FEATURE IS DONE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON FACTUAL ASSERTIONS IN OUTPUT WITHOUT INDEPENDENTLY FACT CHECKING THEIR ACCURACY. OUTPUT THAT APPEAR ACCURATE BECAUSE OF THEIR DETAIL OF SPECIFICITY MAY STILL CONTAIN MATERIAL INACCURACIES. Olilo AI CANNOT DYNAMICALLY RETRIEVE INFORMATION, AND OUTPUT MAY NOT ACCOUNT FOR EVENTS OR CHANGES TO UNDERLYING FACTS OCCURRING AFTER THE AI MODEL WAS TRAINED. NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM Olilo OR THROUGH Olilo AI SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.
  10. Service Level Terms Are Not Applicable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in your Agreement or the Service Level Terms, downtime of Olilo AI that results from a failure of a third party service will not be included in the Availability and Downtime calculations.
  11. Third Party Provider Policies. If you choose to use the Olilo AI feature(s), you may not use the Olilo AI features in a manner that violates any OpenAI Policy, including their Content Policy; Sharing and Publication Policy; and Community Guidelines.

Please review these terms carefully before using the olilo.ai platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
